Group Tours (Limit of 10 people)

The Fort Bend Museum is located in the heart of Richmond's Historic District surrounded by magnificent oak and magnolia trees. Only 35 minutes southwest of Houston, a tour of Richmond offers an opportunity to step back in time and experience the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of small town Texas. Come walk in the footsteps of true Texas heroes like Jane Long, Mirabeau B. Lamar, Deaf Smith and Walter Moses Burton. For more information, email Jessica Avery or call her at 281-342-6478.

Tour Package #1: The Museum Complex

Includes tour of Long-Smith Cottage and Moore Home*

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Cost: $6 per person; minimum 10 persons

Tour Package #2: Richmond Historic District

Includes historic Morton Street, Morton Cemetery and the 1896 Jail* or 1908 Historic Courthouse* 

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: $8 per person; minimum 10 persons
