The Fort Bend County Museum Association's Strategic Plan aims to improve our staff's specialized skills in areas of historic preservation, collections management, exhibits and archeology. This plan also created Texian Heritage Enterprises as an arm of our organization that enables the Museum's staff to conduct contract projects for our institutional partners, other nonprofit organizations and private clients.
