Receptions

A timeless event deserves a timeless venue. Enjoy the serenity and natural beauty of the Moore Home for your reception. You can choose a combination of any part of our grounds to accommodate your guests.

In addition to the grounds rental fee, a per person fee of $10 will be charged.

This fee includes:
* white resin chairs with padded seats
* appropriate number of 60” round tables (8 chairs per table) and rectangular food/gift tables
* white linens and skirting
* place setting with glass dinnerware, flatware, and white cloth napkins
* complete set up and take down of event

We want to make your event a memorable one. Local catering and additional linen service information available upon request.

Alcohol Policy:

We can arrange a bartender for your event. Please contact us for more details. A security guard is also required, and we will schedule that for you.We want to make your event a memorable one. Local catering and additional linen service information available upon request.

Additional services:

House Tours:  Keep your guests entertained while you and your wedding party take photos around the grounds. Tours of the historic Long-Smith Cottage and the lovely John M. Moore Home may be scheduled for an additional fee of $1.50 per person.
