The Fort Bend County Museum Association is partnering with the City of Richmond to develop the Richmond Historic District. The Museum Association commissioned a series of surveys and design guidelines in 2000-2001 to help develop the district. Funded in part by Community Development Funds from Fort Bend County, these reports were produced by Knight and Associates to assist our community preserve its historic structures and the character of its downtown district.
