Fourth Annual Wassail

The Dew House Wassail is a free family-friendly event held from 1-4 on Sunday December 7th. Live entertainment will be provided by Scanlan Oaks Elementary "Whistle Stops", Clements High School String Ensemble and Elkins High School "Knightbeats". Enjoy house tours, cookies and old-fashioned wassail. Santa and his helper will be taking Christmas gift requests.

Third Annual Ghost Toast

The third annual Ghost Toast was held Friday - Sunday October 17th-19th. The Cypress Paranormal Research group was present to share their findings and to take new readings.

It's Never Too Early to Start Your Christmas Shopping A limited number of the DeWalt Heritage Center's first Christmas ornaments are now available for order. Embossed pewter ornaments cost $20 each and are available for immediate shipment. Women's Club Presents Check

Women's Club of Missouri City presents check

Jo Butterfield, President of the Woman's Club of Missouri City, presented a $500 check to DeWalt Heritage Center Project Manager, Diane Ware. The Club shares a long history with the Dew House. Family member, Ruth Dew Lalley, was a charter member of the Woman's Club and their 1958 Woman of the Year.
