The Lone Star Stomp is the Fort Bend County Museum Association's major fundraising event, and all proceeds benefit our educational programs and preservation efforts. Please support the Stomp any way you can. It's an evening you won't soon forget!

2. Southern Hospitality - Celebrate friendships in the style of the Old South. Enjoy a hearty Texas dinner, beer and wine for 30 friends at the Old South Plantation in Richmond. Donated by Steve Onstad of Swinging Door Restaurant, Gary Pochyla of the Old South Plantation and Nancy & Ed Hockaday.
3. Home, Sweet Home! - This quilt was hand-made right here in Fort Bend County and will add instant Texas artistry to any room in the house. The quilt's pattern is "Broken Lone Star" and contains the color theme of Texas wildflowers in its design. Donated by Patty Sutton of PS Quilting.

Hoof Beats through History: Wagon Ride & Fandango - Start your evening with a mule-drawn hayride through the George Ranch Historical Park before gathering around the chuckwagon for a true old west Fandango. You and 30 of your closest friends will enjoy a meal of Ranch barbecue and all the trimmings (beer and wine included). 5. Brushstrokes of a Master - Add a vibrant splash of color to your home with an original oil painting by Houston artist James Busby. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking colors of Texas' natural landscape painted with inspiration from French Impressionism. Donated by James Busby.

10. Fort Bend County Treasure - Part of a National Collector Series of Winchester Limited Edition Shotguns, this Model 9410 lever action shotgun was designed to commemorate the unique qualities of Fort Bend County. The gun is a "Presentation Premier" grade and is completely finished in nickel silver overlaid with 24-karat gold. Engravings include mention of the George Ranch, Jane Long, the Brazos River, Terry's Texas Rangers, the Runaway Scrape and Stephen F. Austin. The American Walnut stock is intricately laser-carved with commemorative scenes representing the rich history of Fort Bend County and embellished with several historical references. The shotgun is fully functioning, chambered in 410 bore, and comes with a custom French fitted case in rich hunter green. Donated by Lee Leaman.
