Dudes and Divas - "Celebrating Fort Bend County's Stars"

This is a gala like no other! It's a lively, Western-themed party where you can celebrate your inner-dude or inner-diva! Hundreds of men and women dressed in their best Western clothes and joined us for a great evening of dining, dancing, and socializing in the transformed George Ranch Covered Arena.

This year's Stomp honored 2008 Texas Stars Kelli and Steve Metzenthin.

The evening included a great country meal with beer, wine, and soft drinks provided by our own Lone Star Saloon. Rob Darien and the Outside Dogs brought their exciting brand of country western music to the stage for guests' listening and dancing pleasure.

The Lone Star Stomp is the Fort Bend County Museum Association's major fund raising event, and all proceeds benefit our educational programs and preservation efforts.
